Foreign Policy: The President brought us into a controversial war. While we have made progress in Iraq, he made mistakes. He brought us into Iraq using false information about nuclear weapons. As I generally support being in Iraq, I cannot deny that we were brought in on flase intelligence.
Bush was right about the surge. It worked. He proved the Democrats wrong in that. It was one of his stronger moves.
Let us just remember that our country has been kept safe for seven years.
Immigration: The President continues to ignore our country's immigration problem. He cut funding for the big fence that was supposed to go up, which greatly dissapointed me.
Economy: Our country is now in an economic stuggle, but it is not entirely his fault. Congress lied to the American people telling them to invest in Fannie and Freddie. Congress has recieved little blame for this, which is dissapointing.
Bush did issue tax cuts, which were helpful, and a stimulus package.
Abortion: Like many other Presidents, he has failed to make abortion illegal and has practically ignored the subject.
Despite intense criticism, Bush will go down as an average President.
Thank you for your service to this country, Mr. President.
