Obama lifts ban

The other day Barack Obama lifted the ban on stem-cell reacherch and offered federal funding to reasearchers. Yet another reversal of a Bush policy, and a sort of slap in the face, Obama is destroying the values that this country was founded on.

The dangers of reachearching stem-cells have no limits. It sounds very nice, of course. Who doesn't want to find cures to diseases? However, it is so risky. If it doesn't work and the patient dies then there are two dead: the patient and the child. If it saves the patient then there is still one dead: the child. Why not find another way to cure these diseases where no one dies! Doesn't that make sense?
